Our factory is located in Qianjiang, Hubei — covering an area of 15,000 square meters with modern temperature and humidity-controlled machining workshops, precision assembly workshops, and a dedicated inspection center. With over 200 employees, more than 30% are senior engineers and technical specialists. The facility is equipped with advanced machinery imported from Germany, Japan, and Switzerland, including 5-axis CNC machining centers, precision wire EDM machines, and high-accuracy EDM die-sinking machines, capable of handling the full manufacturing process for large automotive panel dies, high-strength hot forming dies, and precision progressive dies. We have established a comprehensive quality management system certified to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, ensuring every mold meets international standards from design to delivery.
